Per-fund pledges with a real timeframe

A pledge names an amount, a fund, and a start and end date, with an optional frequency — weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or one-time — noting how the donor intends to pay it down.

Fulfillment computed live, never stored

GLAD doesn't keep a separate running total for a pledge. Every time it's viewed, fulfillment is summed straight from the real giving ledger for that donor and fund, so the number on screen can never fall out of sync with what actually came in. That ledger is the same one behind recurring donations and tax receipts on the online giving page.

A donor self-service portal

Congregants make and track their own pledges from the member portal: choose a fund, set an amount, timeframe, and frequency, and watch real-time progress against every pledge they've made.

Staff entry for paper pledge cards

Not every pledge starts online. Staff can record a pledge on a giver's behalf from the admin panel — the same commitment card collected at a kickoff Sunday, entered once and tracked the same way as a self-service pledge.

Give any fund a goal amount and a goal year, and choose to show it publicly. Turn it on and a live progress bar can appear on your church's website through the page builder.
